Just Job Recruitment

Recruiting people for a company is a complex theory. These days, more and more companies are inclining to recruit people only to work in a group. They are assigning the people in a group. They believe that there will be more profit if the company personnel are assigned in a group. The basic concept they entertain is that people can produce much if they work together; work together, be together, and solve your matters, disputes, issues, and problems whatever within that concerned group. They intentionally or unintentionally avoid people with unfriendly nature.

Hardly would there be anyone who has not experienced the disappointed feelings of rejection after an interview.

But, the main purpose behind recruiting is selecting a right person without influencing the justice factor. There are different types of people with different kinds of natures, moods, mental temperaments, behavioral patterns, and so on. Some people are introvert, some people are extrovert. Such patterns include people who are soft spoken or talkative, lonely or with lots of friends, mingling or bothering, shy or outgoing and social. There are people who are at their par excellence only when they are in a group; they feel great working in companies of others. This type of people even hardly prefers to be alone; they find excuses to meet others. Undoubtedly, they produce excellently but only while working together. They might become a better leader comparing to the others. On the other, there are people who refrain themselves from any groups. They only prefer to work individually or alone and show their abilities. Their talents cannot be judged only through the first impression or through the outer look of their personas; only with the course of time, you become familiar with the exact traits. In comparison, they can undoubtedly give much more time than that of others to their duties, and are more dedicated with commitments.

Many candidates who are highly qualified and suitable for a particular requirement may not be able to impress the interviewer during a stipulated interview time lasting for just few minutes. On the contrary, many others are those who are neither fully qualified nor fit for the particular job, but they somehow manage to impress the interviewers during those minutes by responding questions with readymade answers; and amazingly they also succeed to get the job.

BPO – ITES Salary

People, now, are very much familiar with the BPO sector and the ITES (Information Technology Enabled Service) with OUTSOURCING as a main parameter. KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing), RPO (Research Process Outsourcing or Recruitment Process Outsourcing), LPO (Legal Process Outsourcing), HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing), and MBPO (Medical Business Process Outsourcing) are amongst the emerging sectors. The main attraction being the Call Center concerns mostly and generates the biggest job opportunities. On the second place, Medical Transcription holds the worth. The other peculiars include content writer, SEO (Search Engine Optimizer), data-entry operator, web marketing executive etc. The major common element involving all is the very captivating salary package. Undoubtedly, most people employed in these sectors succeed to be paid handsomely; the payment gets increment as per the experience and performance.

In BPO or ITES Company, almost 100% of the actual production is achieved by the “on-the-job” employee - a Call Centre Executive or a Medical Transcriptionist. The other members starting from the owner or partners of the company, the managing director; and the supporting staffs being technical persons, HR executive, clerk, receptionist, the office boy etc. have to deal very least with the actual production.

The companies are paid mainly through the US dollars by the clients located mainly at USA and UK. But, the on-the-job employees are paid through a relevant currency by the HEADs of the companies. During this TRANSFER, a big part of money very skillfully goes into the hands of the owners or the partners who in totality produce nothing for the company; ironically, their main issue mostly is “how to pass the time”. The argument they entertain is that they have financed or invested in the company. As a result, knowingly or unknowingly, the on-the-job employees indulge in a PRETENSION of satisfaction, maybe, due to a fear of losing the job. But, the fact remains that they are not paid what they are worth for.

There should be a system so that the on-the-job employee must get the real salary in the original currency without a CUT; the Bosses must also be paid in a salary form by the CLIENT itself. Because, even if when it is accepted that the on-the-job employees are receiving enough, then why those Bosses should cover that much amount which they do not deserve at all. The owners or the partners become ten to twenty times richer than the on-the-job employees so easily, quickly and without performing any task.

INDIA AND BPO

Business Process Outsourcing, well known as BPO, is widely accepted and proclaimed to be a solution for the increasing unemployment with regard to educated people especially in the regions of Asian countries. Indian tragedy being the Unemployment spread amongst the qualified young people is largely ameliorated by the BPO sector with a SMILE on their faces. India is one of the leading countries employing its talented youths in this sector. Apart from BPO, the other emerging sectors pertaining to the ITES (Information Technology Enabled Service) are KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing), RPO (Research Process Outsourcing or Recruitment Process Outsourcing), LPO (Legal Process Outsourcing), HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing), and MBPO (Medical Business Process Outsourcing).

The major attraction remains the Call Center that generates the major job opportunities. On the other hand, Medical Transcription also exhibits the allure. Some other appealing jobs in this regard may be listed as content writer, SEO (Search Engine Optimizer), data-entry operator, web marketing executive etc. A good and reasonable KNOWLEDGE of English language may be considered a biggest plus point as well as your qualification for any BPO job or ITES; there also lies immense job opportunities for the supporting staff, an HR for example, as well as the technical personnel.

The chief and commonest factors involving all are the OUTSOURCING and the HIGH salary package with no comparison to the other sectors. Certainly, most people employed in BPO and ITES are paid handsomely; the payment gets increment as per the experience and performance. Outsourcing works as a key to all these jobs. Mostly, the CLIENTS are located at the USA and the UK; they outsource their business assignments to India via the medium of Internet. Within a stipulated time frame, business assignments whether word files, voice files, data files, word assignments, or voice assignments are uploaded there and downloaded in India, and the vise versa soon as a completion of the assignments.

KNOW MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION

WHAT MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION IS

Think of a Doctor consulting 30 patients with an ease on an average per day. Thanks to the Medical Transcription that this is now possible; even for a competent and “in-demand" doctor, the number of the patients per day may reach very high. Think of a patient with a medical record covering a-to-z information, on a PRINT MATERIAL, starting very much from childhood up to the present.

Up to now, after consulting a patient, a doctor is always used to note down how much and how long s/he can manage with his/her pen on a paper; this only covers just few points and the medications taking minimum 10 minutes.

Instead, with Medical Transcription, s/he can avail of all the information, pertaining to the patient and not necessarily concerning just the diagnosis and treatment, on a PRINT MATERIAL just for not more than 2 minutes on an average. For this, the doctor manipulates his/her own voice putting aside the handwriting which mostly remains illegible for OTHERS. Here, s/he dictates everything about the patient with a use of microphone and records the voice in a form of voice file.

The VOICE FILE is then uploaded and outsourced via Internet to a Medical Transcription, popularly known as an MT, who listens to the dictation with a headphone attached to his/her computer. The MT proficiently transcribes the voice file into a WORD FILE by typing with a keyboard on the same computer. The word file is then uploaded to the client, or the doctor, who downloads it back to there. The whole process of uploading-downloading and the reverse usually takes not more than 24 hours. Normally, when a doctor resumes to his/her office on NEXT DAY, s/he has the transcribed file ready. Doctor commonly dictates follow-up report, consultation report, surgical report, and discharge summary. Generally, all reports include topics such as Chief complaint, History of present illness, Past medical history, Past surgical history, Family history, Social history, Allergies, Review of systems, Physical examination, Medications, Diagnosis, Assessment and Plan, etc.

HOW MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION IS DONE

What an MT requires is a whole set of computer, a headphone, and a foot pedal. S/he listens to the dictation carefully and simultaneously keeps on typing on a word document. For listening repeatedly, a foot pedal placed at feet site is used which promptly allows moving back and forward. Softwares for English Dictionaries as well as Medical Dictionaries are also accessible on the same computer. Thus, an MT has to apply the hands, one foot, the eyes, the ears, and above all the Mind simultaneously.

TRAINING FOR MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION

Training is an essential for an MT. Thorough training comprises mostly of basic knowledge of Medical Terminology; but also emphasizes on English grammar and punctuations, as well as a practice session. Training duration (usually of 5 months) and fees (normally twice or thrice of a starting salary) vary from one region to another and from one institution to another.

ELIGIBILITY FOR MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION

Good Listening skill over the Headphone with working knowledge of English language is the only eligibility. However, a good command over English language and graduation degree makes PERFECTION.

SALARY FOR MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION

A SUCCESSFULLY Trained MT may easily begin his career with a comparably high starting salary. Then, as per his or her performance and experience, only the sky is the limit. A salary is counted on the basis of a LINE COUNT and the ACCURACY.
